The Yaguachi Storage and Distribution Industrial Park (PIADY) is located at privileged zone outside urban areas. Its actual location was strategically chosen so that industries can operate at utmost efficient level. Various studies carried out led to determine that PIADY's location should be equally distant from the two main access bridges to Guayaquil, that is precisely 11.5 Km from Duran(Puente de la Unidad Nacional) as well as at 11.5 Km from PAM(Puente Alterno Norte).

The project is strategically envisaged to become the new pole of development of the new industrial age.
